Welcome to Costa Diamante; the best place to be in Puerto Peñasco. Founded in 1997, not even the original developers could have envisioned the present stature of our development. With its unique and distinct status as the most desired single family home development in Puerto Peñasco, our future is built on a stable foundation for investing or just simply enjoying.

Set in the beachfront acreage in the pristine area of Sandy Beach, Costa Diamante is comprised of 113 lots and eight common areas either fully landscaped or on the project list for this year. Every property has a permanent view of the ocean. The development has underground utilities, paved streets, regular trash pick-up, 24 hour security and full time maintenance employees for landscape and street conservation.

In 2008, Costa Diamante property owners formed the Homeowner’s Association, “Administradora del Condominio CD A.C.”; there by forever separating itself from the original developer and allowing us the freedom to choose our destination.

Less than two years since its inception, the HOA has built a guard shack, fenced off the undeveloped properties, preventing off-road vehicles from driving across our front and back yards, hired security and maintenance personnel who maintain the development better than it has ever been.

2010 has seen the most changes to the overall look of the development as the HOA implemented the new strategy to landscape the common areas which had been a virtual dump and holding ground for wayward trash and weeds. By year’s end, all of the common areas will be completely landscaped; to be enjoyed by one and all for many years to come.

Costa Diamante is just barely starting to realize its potential in the marketplace. Once a forgotten development and an eyesore compared to its neighbors, Costa Diamante is well on its way to becoming the talk of the town.

Where can you go to get the privacy and security all within the confines of your own individual home? I say nowhere. At least nothing in Puerto Peñasco compares and we are just getting started.
